Tammy M

“I chose Vulcan for company size and opportunity to help both the company & myself grow. I enjoy working on tangible projects with our diversified customer base and helping them move their ideas from prototype to full scale production. I have been fortunate to work on many high visibility projects that make a difference.”

Allen B

“Having had previous experience at Vulcan, I knew many of the key members and knew that their business philosophy, strategy, and culture was in alignment with my own. Vulcan is a small but very dynamic, passionate, and dedicated team that are supportive of each other and contribute to the successes and growth of the company. Knowing that we manufacture components that are critical to the performance of so many different products in so many different industries – from retail displays to solar panels in space, from medical devices to pressure relief valves in tanker cars to name a few – is motivation to continue down this career path.”

Paul J

“The leadership team at Vulcan is skilled in putting passionate people where they will thrive.  In this kind of environment, the sky is the limit for developing and pursuing the kind of work that fulfills an individual job seeker.  I have chosen to continue my career with Vulcan because of three reasons – first, because I’m truly accomplishing valuable work and I see the results of that work all the time.  Second, because I know I will continue to grow and refine my skills here.  Finally, I am choosing to stay with Vulcan because I consider this to be a growth environment; as I grow and as the company advances, I can continue to contribute due to the flexibility found here.”

Greg M

“The culture a Vulcan is a very positive one. Since you spend the largest percentage of your life at work, the environment at work is very important. At Vulcan, I can be the Production Supervisor that I wish I had, at other companies. I very much enjoy working with my production team who are not only quality minded and customer focused, they are also very friendly, fun, and supportive to each other. As well as believing in the value of our products, at Vulcan, when you leave work for the day, your feel that you have done something valuable with your time and talents.”
