We are expanding our sales department and are seeking a highly motivated outgoing individual to join us as a Regional Sales Manager - based in our Telford, PA facility.
The core mission of the Regional Sales Manager is to maximize sales in the given territory with annual growth goals of 15-20%. This individual will be challenged to manage current customers, prospect for new accounts, and lead the sales process through the close and maintenance phases with help from the inside team. There will be a travel requirement of 25-50%, visiting a 50-50 mix of current customers and prospects.
Responsibilities- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and prospects
- Services existing accounts, secures orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 25-50% travel
